The lotus flower, symbol of purity and great beauty, grows in shallow waters and rises above the surface to bloom with remarkable beauty. At night, its' flower closes and sinks underwater, at dawn it rises and opens again. Untouched by impurity, the lotus symbolizes the purity of heart and mind. The lotus flower represents long life, health, honor and good luck. The teapot in dark brown zisha in shape of the Lotus Flower, it's stem as the handle. A truly exquisite piece in our collection. Artist's stamp imprints at bottom of the lid and bottom of teapot base.
This teapot has been on display in smoke-free, pet-free home for more than 15 years, brand new and not been brewed in before. It is usable, need to season teapot before first use. Great as house warming gift, for any occasions, or just for decoration in your office, home or garden.
